Some experience on Tableau. Strong storytelling, and Strategic Thinking skillset.** This role requires strong statistical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders through data-driven insights. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead experiment design and measurement strategy for campaign initiatives.Conduct rigorous A/B tests, quasi-experiments, and advanced statistical analyses. - Deliver clear, actionable insights and executive-ready summaries.Partner with Business, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams. - Build scalable and reusable measurement frameworks. - 8+ years of experience in advanced analytics or data science.Strong expertise in SQL and Python. - Deep understanding of experimentation, statistical inference, and causal analysis. - Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Self-driven and capable of independently solving technical problems. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience building and deploying machine learning models. - Expertise in Data Science with emphasis on applying statistical methods and algorithms - Ability to extract meaningful patterns and predictive models from data - **Advanced proficiency in Python for implementing machine learning algorithms, data visualization, and automation of data workflows** - Experience in Financial & Performance Tracking to analyze financial data trends and performance metrics - Ability to contribute to overall financial health and operational efficiency of the organization - Conduct rigorous A/B testing, quasi-experimental designs, and advanced statistical analyses to derive actionable insights. **Preferred candidate profile**
