Lead Developer

Job description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Oracle PL/SQL applications. • Interact with clients and business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and provide technical solutions. • Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Develop and optimize complex Stored Procedures, Packages, Functions, Triggers, and Views. • Perform SQL and PL/SQL performance tuning to improve system efficiency. • Drive code reviews, defect resolution, and production support activities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA, and Project Managers. • Participate in effort estimation, project planning, and delivery management. • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and maintain high-quality standards.
