Portworx by Everpure(Formerly Pure Storage) Everpure Acquired Portworx in October 2020, Creating the Industry's Most Complete Kubernetes Data Services Platform for Cloud Native Applications. This acquisition represents Pure’s largest to date and our deeper expansion into the fast-growing market for multi-cloud data services to support Kubernetes and containers. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Portworx's Kubernetes-native backup and restore solution, serving as a technical anchor for the team. • Design and build cloud-native services that operate reliably at scale, with a strong emphasis on performance, quality, and efficiency in both design and implementation. • Deeply leverage Kubernetes constructs (operators, CRDs, controllers, CSI) to build robust, production-grade data protection capabilities. • Ensure security, resilience, stability, and high availability are first-class considerations in every design and implementation decision. • Design and develop robust, well-defined APIs that integrate seamlessly with the frontend and Web UI. • Drive architectural decisions and technical direction for the product, mentor engineers, and set the bar for engineering quality through design reviews and code reviews. • Own end-to-end delivery of complex features — from design documents through implementation, testing at scale, and production readiness. • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Pure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave. WHAT YOU BRING • 10+ years of proven development experience in Cloud Architecture - AWS/Azure/GCP • Expertise in Golang programming, Python(secondary) • Expertise in building scalable systems for Kubernetes • In-depth knowledge of container and micro services architecture. • Demonstrated experience in designing scalable Software-as-a-Service products • Understanding of Cloud delivery models like Saas/Paas/Iaas • Proficient in database technologies such as MongoDB, MySql #LI-ONSITE WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US: • Innovation: We celebrate those who think critically, like a challenge, and aspire to be trailblazers. • Growth: We give you the space and support to grow along with us and to contribute to something meaningful.
