SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES - Oversee FPS design layouts, hydraulic calculations, and equipment specifications. - Review sprinkler layouts, pump room designs, and control systems. - Coordinate with Architecture, Electrical, and BIM teams for integration and conflict resolution. - Conduct technical reviews, value engineering, and ensure FPS code compliance. - Guide and mentor FPS design engineers for quality deliverables. - Support project teams with FPS design clarifications and site query resolution. SECTION IV: KEY INTERACTIONS Internal Stakeholder Purpose of Interaction - FPS, HVAC, Electrical, ELV, and PHE Design Teams - BIM/CAD Modeling Teams External Stakeholder - Purpose of Interaction - Clients, Consultants, and PMC Teams - Fire Equipment Vendors and System Integrators SECTION V: KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE Minimum Qualifications - B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Fire Engineering Language Skills - English (Working Proficiency), Regional Language – Preferred, Hindi EXPERIENCE Years of Experience - 12–15 years Nature of Experience - Extensive experience in leading FPS design teams and delivering integrated fire protection solutions for complex projects in compliance with national and international fire safety standards..
