Product Manager - Insurance **Years of Experience:** 8-10 Years **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive knowledge in the insurance sector and proven experience working on the Tinubu Platform, a SaaS InsurTech solution that supports Credit and Surety business. The ideal candidate will lead project initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives while managing resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations effectively. **Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage multiple projects within the InsurTech domain, specifically focusing on the Tinubu Platform. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives. - Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. - Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. - Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact project success. - Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, challenges, and achievements. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in project management and insurance. **Mandatory Skills:** - Strong knowledge of insurance principles, practices, and regulations. - Proven experience with the Tinubu Platform - Exceptional project management skills, including proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience in Credit and Surety business processes. - Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project). - Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field. - 8-10 years of project management experience, with a focus on the insurance industry. - Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
