Digital Product Owner **Years of Experience:** 12-14 years **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Owner with 1214 years of overall experience and a strong background in leading end-to-end digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully driving digital programs from strategy and ideation through execution, go-live, and optimization, delivering measurable business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and digital strategy aligned with business objectives. - Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives from discovery to deployment. - Manage large-scale multi-country programs effectively. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, UX, engineering, architecture, and operations teams. - Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and manage the product backlog. - Drive Agile ceremonies and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. - Track KPIs, customer journeys, and product performance for continuous improvement. - Ensure seamless and consistent digital customer experience across platforms. - Manage stakeholder expectations and drive cross-functional alignment. **Mandatory Skills:** - 1214 years of overall experience, with significant exposure to digital product ownership end-to-end. - Proven experience in leading end-to-end digital transformation programs. - Strong understanding of Scrum Framework (mandatory). - Experience working on web, mobile, APIs, and cloud-based platforms. - Excellent TA-Stakeholder management and communication skills. - Strong quantitative analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. - Must have at least 4-5 years of experience in the Life Insurance domain. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience in managing multi-country customer projects. - Familiarity with emerging digital technologies and trends. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. - Relevant certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) are a plus.
