Lead Program Integrator

Job Requirements Job Profile Summary Responsible for wing-to-wing program execution to deliver high quality outcomes to internal and external customers. Partners with Program Manager to define the program schedule and works with the cross-functional team to ensure delivery on time, within scope, within budget, and to the desired quality. Works with modality partners and cross-functional teams to coordinate program integrations and interdependencies. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies. Work Experience Roles and Responsibilities • 10-12 years of total experience in Engineering, Medical, or related domains. • 8+ years of Project Lead/Management experience leading cross-functional programs • Work with globally located program team often comprising of members of separate organizations to coordinate and track day-to-day execution per program plan • Manage communications with stakeholders, team members, and collaborators on program execution status and progress • Utilize analytical thinking and leadership skills to drive program execution • Coordinate with modality partners and extended cross-functional teams on program integrations and interdependencies • Anticipate integration issues and discern appropriate actions to progress the team forward • Use experience and judgement to facilitate problem solving activities • Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies • Escalate issues and risks to program leadership as needed • Capture lessons-learned and drive continuous improvement • Ensure pre-defined project management processes and practices are followed, driving simplification and improvement when applicable Required Qualifications • This role requires advanced experience in the Engineering/Technology & Program Integration. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience). Desired Characteristics • Established Project Management skills; PMP, ScrumMaster or related Project Management certifications • Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources • Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer, builds strong customer relationships, creates processes with customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives • Strong analytical and strong problem-solving skills – communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans • Change oriented – actively generates process improvements, champions and drives change initiatives, confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly • Experience working with others on a global basis • Proficiency with MS Office suite of products such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Proficiency with Program Management tools such as MS Project and Smart Sheet
