We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. The ideal candidate should possess strong business process knowledge in manufacturing environments and have basic exposure to SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). The candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, enhancing, and optimizing SAP solutions to meet business requirements. **Key Responsibilities** **SAP PP (Production Planning)** - Configure and support SAP PP processes including: 1. Material Master 2. Bill of Material (BOM) 3. Work Centers 4. Routings 5. Production Versions 6. Demand Management 7. MRP (Material Requirements Planning) 8. Production Orders 9. Capacity Planning - Analyze business requirements and design SAP PP solutions. - Support month-end and year-end production-related activities. - Troubleshoot production planning issues and provide timely resolutions. - Coordinate with business users for process improvements and system enhancements. **SAP QM (Quality Management)** - Configure and support SAP QM processes including: 1. Inspection Planning 2. Quality Inspection 3. Quality Notifications 4. Quality Certificates 5. Vendor Quality Management 6. In-Process and Final Inspection - Support integration between QM and MM/PP modules. - Develop and maintain quality management processes and reports. - Assist users in resolving quality-related system issues. **SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Basic Knowledge** - Understand preventive and corrective maintenance processes. - Support maintenance notifications and work orders. - Coordinate with PM team for PP-QM-PM integration requirements. - Assist in testing and documentation of PM-related enhancements. **General Responsibilities** - Gather and document business requirements. - Prepare functional specifications for developments and enhancements. - Coordinate with ABAP developers and technical teams. - Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Deliver end-user training and prepare user manuals. - Support SAP rollouts, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Work closely with business stakeholders across manufacturing, quality, and maintenance functions. **Required Skills** - Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP and SAP QM configuration. - Experience with MRP, Production Orders, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, and Capacity Planning. - Strong understanding of Quality Inspection processes and Quality Notifications. - Knowledge of SAP integration with MM, SD, and PM modules. - Experience in manufacturing industry processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. **Preferred Qualifications** - Exposure to SAP S/4HANA. - Experience in manufacturing or automotive industry. - Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications. - Basic understanding of SAP PM module. - SAP certification in PP or QM is an added advantage. **Educational Qualification** - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. - SAP Certification preferred.
