The Regional SLP Manager is responsible for implementing and managing security, loss prevention, and risk mitigation strategies across multiple warehouses and logistics hubs in the assigned region. The role ensures operational continuity, asset protection, compliance with policies, and support for incident management and investigations. - Security Risk Management - Ensure physical security protocols are implemented at all warehouses and logistics sites. - Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk analysis. - Supervise contracted security agencies and in-house personnel, ensuring SOP compliance. - Loss Prevention - Monitor inventory variances and initiate root cause analysis for shrinkage, pilferage, or stock discrepancies. - Drive implementation of perpetual inventory practices, CCTV reviews, and exception reporting. - Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for corrective action on control failures. - Investigations Compliance - Lead investigations into theft, fraud, or process violations. - Document all findings and ensure timely reporting to senior leadership and legal teams. - Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and organizational policies across the region. - Reporting Analytics - Maintain regional incident dashboards and KPIs related to loss, safety, and incident trends. - Share periodic reports with management highlighting risk zones and recommendations. - Analyze patterns in theft, access control breaches, or system bypasses. - Team Management Training - Manage, train, and evaluate performance of SLP executives and supervisors in the region. - Conduct awareness sessions on safety, fraud prevention, emergency procedures, and escalation matrix.
