Lead/Senior Functional Consultant - Infor WMS Consultant

We're looking for a seasoned Infor WMS Functional Consultant to deliver hands-on implementation expertise for an ongoing multi-site Infor WMS rollout, covering all deployment phases such as planning, design, configuration, validation, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare support. Responsibilities • Guide customers on warehouse management best practices to achieve positive business results • Manage implementation initiatives and configure the Infor WMS application in a Functional Consultant capacity • Oversee the entire lifecycle of Infor WMS projects, spanning from initial planning to implementation and post-go-live support • Handle configuration validation and evidence, representative inbound/outbound/inventory scenarios, interface testing, master-data-dependent testing, regression testing, mock cutover preparation, UAT defect resolution, and high-volume operational testing • Advise clients on best practices covering warehouse/building setup, owners/storers, zones, areas, locations and location types, put-away, replenishment, allocation, waves, task management, RF profiles, receiving and PO/ASN lifecycle, packing, picking, shipping/loading, returns and special/job processes, UOM/pack structures, inventory statuses/holds, and inventory cycle counting • Independently prioritize tasks and adapt swiftly in a fast-paced environment without direct supervision • Produce work that meets or surpasses client quality standards, maintaining proper quality controls and ensuring the right outcomes, deliverables, and solutions align with client needs • Navigate ambiguity to bring clarity and structure across project delivery, applying a flexible approach that creates meaningful impact for the client's business • Develop capability, best-practice competencies, and skills within client teams • Build respect and trust with EPAM and client colleagues through reliable, supportive collaboration • Promote collaboration to boost performance across client and EPAM teams, staying receptive to diverse viewpoints and contributions • Spot opportunities to proactively cultivate strategic relationships at the individual, account, and organizational levels Requirements • 5-12 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years at Consultant, Senior Consultant, and/or Manager grade, or 4+ years of relevant Infor WMS experience • Proven expertise implementing Infor WMS across industries including Transportation, Logistics, Retail and Distribution, CPG, and Manufacturing • Solid understanding of end-to-end WMS business functions • Supply chain experience gained at large global technology consulting firms, consumer-packaged goods and services companies, retailers, and CPG distributors • Strong grasp of Supply Chain Management, recognized as an SME/thought leader in WMS Solutions • Willingness to travel as required • Bachelor's degree required; advanced education is a plus We offer • Opportunity to work on technical challenges that may impact across geographies • Vast opportunities for self-development: online university, knowledge sharing opportunities globally, learning opportunities through external certifications • Opportunity to share your ideas on international platforms • Sponsored Tech Talks & Hackathons • Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions • Possibility to relocate to any EPAM office for short and long-term projects • Focused individual development • Benefit package: • Health benefits • Retirement benefits • Paid time off • Flexible benefits • Forums to explore beyond work passion (CSR, photography, painting, sports, etc.)
