About The Department • Analytics Engineering enables advanced analytics and machine learning capabilities across the enterprise. The team partners with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to deliver scalable platforms, trusted data products, and production-ready models. Through strong governance, security, and compliance practices, the department helps accelerate business insights and innovation. Core Responsibilities • You will deliver analytics and MLOps frameworks. • You will build scalable analytics data pipelines. • You will create reusable feature engineering pipelines. • You will support feature store implementation. • You will implement model lifecycle workflows. • You will optimize platform performance and cost efficiency. • You will ensure data quality, validation, and lineage. Strategic Responsibilities • You will implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment and DevOps practices. • You will automate analytics and machine learning workflows. • You will contribute to agentic pipeline capabilities. • You will integrate Artificial Intelligence-powered development tools. • You will optimize data and machine learning workflows. • You will create reusable analytics framework components. • You will deliver production-ready data products. Team & Collaboration • You will partner with cross-functional teams. • You will support enterprise analytics initiatives. • You will apply Artificial Intelligence for troubleshooting and optimization. • You will improve observability across analytics platforms. • You will automate technical documentation. • You will enhance transparency and maintainability. What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role? Experience • 5–8 years of analytics, data engineering, or MLOps experience. • Experience with cloud-native analytics platforms. • Experience delivering production-grade data products. • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies. Technical Skills • Expertise in Python, Spark, PySpark, and SQL. • Experience with Amazon Web Services analytics services. • Knowledge of modern lakehouse architectures. • Experience with feature engineering and feature stores. • Knowledge of DevOps and deployment automation. • Understanding of data governance and lineage. • Experience with machine learning operations practices. Soft Skills • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Analytical problem-solving mindset. • Ability to lead automation and platform improvements. Education & Certifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.
