Lead Full Stack Engineer Bengaluru • Onsite • Full-time 5–7 years • Lead / Senior IC Build at the scale of billions of events LeadSquared is a Sales Execution and Marketing Automation SaaS platform trusted by 2,000+ enterprises across 40+ countries . The Role We’re looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer with strong JavaScript/TypeScript expertise across Node.js and React.js . This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you’ll build scalable systems, solve complex engineering problems, mentor engineers, and influence architecture and technical direction. You won’t just write code. You’ll own problems end-to-end. What You’ll Own • Build and ship production-grade features across Node.js and React.js. • Design scalable APIs, microservices, and integrations. • Build data pipelines and real-time systems using Kafka, Redis Streams, or similar. • Own database design, performance, and scalability across SQL and NoSQL systems. • Drive technical design reviews, code quality, and engineering practices. • Mentor engineers and contribute to technical decisions. • Build reliable, observable systems and improve production performance. What We’re Looking For • 5–7 years of hands-on full-stack engineering experience. • Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js expertise. • Experience with APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture. • Strong SQL and experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL. • Working knowledge of MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, and PySpark . • Experience with data pipelines, Kafka/RabbitMQ, cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. • Strong understanding of testing, code reviews, system design, and performance optimisation. • Ability to mentor engineers and lead technical decisions.
