About The Role LeadSquared is looking for an Associate Director – Performance Marketing to lead our global demand generation strategy across organic and paid channels. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving pipeline growth, website performance, and marketing ROI through SEO, AI Search (GEO), Paid Media, Website Growth, and Inbound Lead Operations . You will define the growth roadmap, lead external agency partnerships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Design, and RevOps to deliver measurable business outcomes across global markets. Key Responsibilities • Own and execute the global Performance Marketing strategy to drive qualified pipeline, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. • Lead the end-to-end SEO strategy, including technical SEO, content optimization, backlink initiatives, and website health improvements. • Drive AI Search / Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives to maximize brand visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI-powered search platforms. • Plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads , and emerging advertising platforms to maximize ROI. • Own the company website (WordPress), partnering with web agencies to deliver landing pages, CRO initiatives, technical enhancements, and SEO implementations. • Lead and manage external SEO, Paid Media, and Web agencies, ensuring strong execution, accountability, and measurable business impact. • Oversee inbound lead operations, driving improvements in lead response time, meeting bookings, lead qualification, and conversion rates. • Establish performance dashboards and reporting frameworks using GA4, Google Search Console, CRM , and other analytics tools to monitor channel performance and pipeline contribution. • Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Design, and RevOps teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities. • Stay ahead of industry trends, AI-driven search evolution, and emerging digital marketing technologies to continuously improve performance. Requirements • 8–12 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Digital Marketing, with significant experience in B2B SaaS . • Proven track record of scaling both organic and paid growth while delivering measurable business outcomes. • Deep expertise in: • SEO (Technical, On-page, Off-page) • AI Search / GEO • Google Ads • LinkedIn Ads • Microsoft Ads • WordPress • Google Analytics (GA4) • Google Search Console • Experience managing digital marketing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders. • Strong analytical skills with expertise in attribution, funnel analysis, campaign optimization, and performance reporting. • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills. • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when needed. Preferred Qualifications • Experience leading global demand generation programs for a high-growth B2B SaaS company. • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), experimentation frameworks, and website analytics. • Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) and integrated growth strategies.
