**Job Summary** The technical lead Trade Finance & Core Banking will lead the strategic, operational, and technological management of trade finance services and core banking platforms. The role focuses on driving efficiency, compliance, digital transformation while ensuring robust risk management and regulatory adherence. **Trade Finance Leadership** - Develop and implement trade finance system strategies aligned with organizational goals **Risk & Compliance** - Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks (RBI guidelines) - Maintain audit readiness of system and handle internal/external audits **Process Optimization** - Identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes - Improve turnaround time (TAT) and customer experience - Ensure SLA maintenance - Ensure no Downtime in the TF systems - Ensure proper configuration and maintenance of the TF system and FCC modules - Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) of the TF processes from technology perspective - Ensure Interface and integrations are automated and no failures. **Team Leadership** - Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams - Drive performance management and capability building - Foster a culture of accountability and innovation **Stakeholder Management** - Liaise with regulators, auditors, technology vendors, and internal stakeholders - Provide strategic inputs to senior leadership on technology - Support business development initiatives **Skills** - Deep knowledge of trade finance products and regulations - Experience with leading Core Banking Systems (e.g., Finacle, Flexcube) - Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and banking operations - Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management - Experience in digital banking transformation - Exposure to international banking operations - Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
