We are seeking a Senior Life Science Research Analyst with 3 5 years of experience in systematic literature reviews (SLR), targeted literature reviews (TLR), meta-analysis (MA), and network meta-analysis (NMA) to join our growing evidence synthesis team. The successful candidate will independently execute literature review projects from protocol development through reporting while ensuring methodological rigor, scientific accuracy, and timely delivery. The role requires hands-on experience in evidence synthesis, quantitative analysis, and scientific writing, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and contribute to continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, mentoring junior team members, and supporting the delivery of high-quality evidence generation projects for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device clients - Independently execute end-to-end systematic and targeted literature reviews. - Develop review protocols, research questions, eligibility criteria, and literature search strategies. - Perform title/abstract screening, full-text screening, data extraction, and evidence synthesis. - Conduct and/or support meta-analysis (MA) and network meta-analysis (NMA). - Interpret quantitative findings and translate statistical outputs into scientifically meaningful narratives. - Apply PRISMA guidelines and accepted evidence synthesis methodologies throughout project execution. - Conduct risk of bias and quality assessments using appropriate assessment tools. - Prepare high-quality scientific reports, manuscripts, evidence summaries, presentations, and client-ready deliverables. - Perform quality control and peer review of project outputs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to project planning and execution. - Mentor junior analysts and share best practices across the team. - Stay updated with emerging methodologies, literature review standards, and evidence synthesis techniques.
