Skill Set: Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices, ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), Relational Databases, PostgreSQL, CI/CD, Git, Agile/Scrum, Communication. Requirements: • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack application development • Strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8+, and Java EE • Proven experience in building scalable backend services using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs • Good understanding of Microservices architecture, service-to-service communication, and API design • Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Design, SOLID principles, and common design patterns • Excellent understanding of Relational Databases, PostgreSQL, and ORM frameworks like Hibernate / JPA • Strong frontend experience with ReactJS, including: • Class components • Functional components & hooks • State management using Redux • Modern JavaScript (ES6+) • Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, build tools (Maven/Gradle), and deployment processes • Proficient in version control systems such as Git • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills Nice to Have Skills: • Experience with Scala and functional programming concepts • Exposure to event-driven or reactive architectures • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) • Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines Roles & Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS • Translate business requirements and functional specifications into high-quality technical solutions • Develop RESTful APIs and backend services following best practices for performance, security, and scalability • Build responsive and reusable UI components using ReactJS, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS • Ensure high code quality through clean coding practices, unit testing, code reviews, and documentation • Apply Object-Oriented Design principles and design patterns to build maintainable systems • Optimize application performance, database queries, and frontend rendering • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production and performance issues • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and coding standards • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and deployment processes • Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives • Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies and best practices to improve development efficiency.
