You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of maintenance activities, including planned maintenance, servicing, renovation, modernisation, corrective maintenance, and overhaul operations. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Operations, EHS, and Industrial Teams), lead team briefings, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and much more. You'll specifically take care of managing team workloads and aligning them with operational requirements, but also supporting the Operations Manager in achieving business goals. **All about you** - Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (BE or B Tech, regular course) - At least 10 years of experience in effectively managing large teams with a proven track record of delivering SQCD KPIs - Experience in rolling stock is preferred - Strong understanding of maintenance procedures and compliance - Proficiency in IT systems - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Self-motivated with the ability to work under own initiative - Commitment to continuous improvement and team development **Things youll enjoy** - Join us on a life-long transformative journey the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career.
