Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in loan against security (LAS) business. • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying new opportunities for growth and cross-selling investment products. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient processing of IPO funding transactions. • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive LAS landscape. Job Requirements : • 2-8 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in sales or relationship management role. • Strong understanding of investment products such as IPOs, mutual funds, bonds, etc. . • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective team leadership and strategy development.
