Job description

**Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules, with hands-on experience in implementation, support, enhancements, and troubleshooting. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver efficient HRMS solutions aligned with organizational needs. **Key Responsibilities** - Implement, configure, and support Oracle EBS HRMS modules. - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. - Provide functional and technical support for Oracle HRMS applications. - Perform system configuration, testing, and user acceptance support. - Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, workflows, and customizations where required. - Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Prepare functional and technical documentation. **Required Skills** - 5- 10 years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS. - Strong knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules such as Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, iRecruitment (iRec), and Oracle Learning Management (OLM). - Experience in Oracle EBS implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and support. - Good understanding of Oracle SQL/PLSQL and HRMS data models. - Experience with Oracle APIs, Workflow, Forms, Reports, and XML Publisher is an added advantage. - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience working in large-scale Oracle EBS HRMS implementation projects. - Oracle certification is an added advantage. - Ability to work effectively with business users and technical teams in a hybrid work environment.
