LTM - SAP Test Engineer - TOSCA Automation

Job description

Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for SAP applications using Tosca. • Perform system, integration, end-to-end, regression, and functional testing across SAP landscapes. • Validate business processes across OTC, DTS, Vistex, and FTM modules. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and define effective test strategies. • Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines. • Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution. • Ensure high test coverage, quality standards, and timely delivery of testing milestones. • Mentor junior team members and promote testing best practices across the team. • Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, execution reports, and documentation. Required Skills • 8-10 years of overall experience in software testing and test automation. • Minimum 4 years of SAP testing experience across OTC, DTS, Vistex, and FTM. • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Tosca Automation. • Strong expertise in system testing, end-to-end testing, regression testing, and automation frameworks. • Good understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD integration. • Experience working in Agile development environments. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines. Preferred Qualifications • Tosca Automation Certification is preferred. • Experience in the Healthcare or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) domain is an advantage. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Strong willingness to learn new technologies and continuously enhance technical expertise.
