Job Title: Relationship Officer / Team Leader Job Location: Chennai, Tambaram Open Positions: Home Loan & Business Loan Job Responsibilities: • Promote, present, and sell banking products such as Home Loans and Business Loans. • Generate new leads and follow up on provided leads to achieve sales targets. • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities. • Travel extensively to meet prospective customers and explain loan products. • Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service throughout the sales process. • Generate business opportunities and ensure successful closure of loan applications. • Visit customers across rural and urban areas for business development activities. • Assist customers in completing loan application forms and documentation. • Process customer files and coordinate with the bank for smooth loan processing. • Maintain customer relationships during both pre-sales and post-sales stages. Candidate Requirements: • Good communication and customer-handling skills. • Knowledge of local markets and target customers. • Age between 18 and 35 years. • Any Graduate. • Prior experience in sales or field sales will be an added advantage. • Two-wheeler is preferred. • Male Candidates Only. • Field sales experience or willingness to perform field work is mandatory.
