We bring our best selves to work each day to realize our mission of enriching the world through the power of digital commerce and financial services. **Role Purpose:** Be part of Pine Labs' ads and merchant growth ecosystem, helping brands acquire customers through performance-led solutions. **Responsibilities we entrust you with:** - Identify and engage leads across ecommerce, real estate, fintech brands - Use tools like Lusha, LinkedIn, and outbound motion for prospecting - Build personalized pitches based on brand growth challenges - Drive conversations around customer acquisition and ROI-driven campaigns - Support deal lifecycle: lead generation → engagement → solution selling → closure → reengagement **What matters in this role:** - Minimum 4-8 years of experience in Ad network in a demand gen role - Prior experience in acquiring Emerging merchants is a must-have - Must have strong understanding of adtech space/agency business - Experience in product-focused sales and an organized approach to work - Highly analytical, and data-driven while being a hustler and problem solver - Strong business acumen, product expertise & interpersonal skills **What we Value in Our people** - You take the shot: You Decide Fast and You Deliver Right - You are the CEO of what you do: you show ownership and make things happen - You own tomorrow: by building solutions for the merchants and doing the right thing - You sign your work like an artist: You seek to learn and take pride in the work you do
