Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Manager-Data & ML Engineering with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure Databricks and Azure Platform and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role involves managing data engineering projects ensuring the successful implementation of machine learning solutions and contributing to the companys data-driven initiatives. Responsibilities • Oversee the design and implementation of data engineering solutions using Azure Databricks to drive business insights and efficiency. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into existing data pipelines for enhanced decision-making. • Ensure the scalability and reliability of data platforms by leveraging Azure Platform capabilities. • Lead the development of data processing frameworks that support real-time analytics and reporting. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Monitor and optimize data workflows to ensure high performance and cost-effectiveness. • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable engineering plans. • Implement best practices for data governance and security to protect sensitive information and maintain compliance. • Drive innovation by exploring new data technologies and methodologies to enhance the companys data capabilities. • Facilitate the deployment of machine learning models into production environments ensuring seamless integration and operation. • Analyze and troubleshoot data-related issues providing timely resolutions to minimize disruptions. • Collaborate with data scientists to refine algorithms and improve model accuracy and performance. • Report on project progress and outcomes to senior management highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement. Qualifications • Possess a strong background in Azure Databricks and Azure Platform with proven experience in data engineering. • Demonstrate proficiency in building and managing data pipelines and workflows. • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues. • Show experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members to achieve project goals. • Have a solid understanding of data governance and security best practices. • Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
