Roles and Responsibility • Develop and implement effective quality control processes to ensure high standards of service delivery. • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall service quality. • Analyze data and metrics to measure service performance and identify trends and opportunities for improvement. • Implement corrective actions to address identified areas for improvement. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Job Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management or a related field. • Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • A graduate degree is required for this position.
