**Roles and Responsibility** - Develop and implement effective quality control processes to ensure high standards of service delivery. - Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall service quality. - Analyze data and metrics to measure service performance and identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Implement corrective actions to address identified areas for improvement. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. **Job Requirements** - Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management or a related field. - Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. - A graduate degree is required for this position.
