**Job Title: Senior Manager / Manager** **Location:** Mumbai, Maharashtra **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in strategy, consulting or business analysis **Role Overview** We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our Strategy Team. The ideal candidate will support strategic initiatives, drive business growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and implement key projects and initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist in developing and executing strategic plans aligned with organizational goals. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting to identify opportunities. - Analyse business performance metrics and prepare dashboards/reports for leadership. - Support strategic projects such as process optimization, digital transformation, and new product launches. - Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless implementation of initiatives. - Prepare presentations and business cases for senior management decision-making. **Required Skills & Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum 2 years of experience in strategy, Sales R&R or business analysis. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. **Preferred Skills** - Exposure to insurance, banking, or financial services industry. - Strong MS Excels with Dashboard - Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. **What We Offer** - Opportunity to work on high-impact strategic projects. - Collaborative work environment with senior leadership exposure. - Career growth and learning opportunities in a leading organization.
