Job Title: Senior Manager / Manager Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Experience: Minimum 2 years in strategy, consulting or business analysis Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our Strategy Team. The ideal candidate will support strategic initiatives, drive business growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and implement key projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Assist in developing and executing strategic plans aligned with organizational goals. • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting to identify opportunities. • Analyse business performance metrics and prepare dashboards/reports for leadership. • Support strategic projects such as process optimization, digital transformation, and new product launches. • Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless implementation of initiatives. • Prepare presentations and business cases for senior management decision-making. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). • Minimum 2 years of experience in strategy, Sales R&R or business analysis. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Skills • Exposure to insurance, banking, or financial services industry. • Strong MS Excels with Dashboard • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
