We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Enabling Technologies team responsible for delivering system support and change governance whilst functioning as intermediary between finance and technology teams. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations and governance of a portfolio of finance technology and analytics solutions, ensuring the reliable delivery and support of business-critical reporting and data processes. You will work closely with various stakeholders to drive operational excellence, manage incidents and service performance, and deliver continuous improvements across the platform landscape. Leveraging your expertise in data analytics, Power BI, SQL, and modern data technologies, you will translate business requirements into scalable solutions while mentoring team members and fostering a strong service-oriented culture. What You Offer • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, with 7+ years’ experience in data analytics, technology delivery, production support, or operations management. • Strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, and enterprise data platforms, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and support of business-critical reporting solutions. • Proven experience managing BAU operations, incident and problem management, service governance, and delivery oversight in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and translate business requirements into practical technical solutions while balancing operational and project priorities. • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, team development, and driving continuous improvement with a high degree of ownership and accountability. • Experience supporting enterprise systems and static data maintenance is advantageous.
