Manager - Finance (Regulatory Reporting and MIS )

Job description

• Assist in preparation/review of various data points / returns to be submitted at various frequencies to regulators, namely RBI • Review of existing process for extraction of data for above submission & automating the requirements through coordination with I T teams by preparing BRDS & assisting with doing UAT on the Reports developed by the I T. • Preparation/ Review of Returns in respect of above to be submitted to RBI • Coordination with Internal as well as Statutory Auditors for timely completion of Audits. • Understanding of various corporate governance regulations such as BR Act / RBI regulations etc. relating to CRR/ SLR/ DICGC/ PSL/Advances/ Deposits etc
