The collaborative environment and engaging work—guided by A&M's core values of Integrity, Quality, Objectivity, Fun, Personal Reward, and Inclusive Diversity - are why our people love working at A&M. **The Team** Our Performance Improvement team provides Business Transformation and Performance Improvement Services to Corporates, Investors, and their portfolio companies, delivering – - Performance improvement via cost reduction and revenue growth programmes - Large, complex organizational restructuring and business transformation - Rapid Results Program, which helps to quickly and effectively assess business process management risks and identify key areas impeding performance **How You Will Contribute** - Finance Strategy and Operations: Develop and execute finance strategies that align with organizational goals, optimize financial operations, and drive cost efficiencies. - Enhancing FP&A Processes: Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, budgeting efficiency, and overall financial performance management. - Lead end to end FP&A process redesign, As-Is assessment to To-Be design, using BPM tools to streamline budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, and identify, prioritize, and execute improvement opportunities. - Develop, maintain, and pressure test financial models including integrated three statement, driver-based models, rolling forecasting models; perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to quantify risks/opportunities, inform capital allocation, and support executive decision making. - Advanced Analytics and Predictive Modeling: Leverage advanced analytics and predictive modeling techniques to support data-driven strategic decision-making. - Finance Systems Implementation: Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of FP&A systems to streamline operations and enhance performance. - Support EPM implementation initiatives end to end, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives by translating business needs into system requirements, documenting design decisions, identifying optimization opportunities, and partnering with technology teams through technical design, build, testing, and deployment. - Self-Service Reporting Development: Design and implement self-service reporting capabilities to empower business users with actionable insights. - Change management exposure: support initiatives that equip finance teams to adopt new processes, tools, and technologies, develop targeted training and communications, assist with transition planning, and help drive adoption. **Qualifications** - Candidate to exhibit 6-11 years of experience toward - Technology Expertise: Hands-on experience with planning and forecasting tools such as OneStream, Oracle Hyperion / EPBCS, SAP SAC, Anaplan, Prophix, and Cashforce, as well as proficiency in Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, and Python for advanced data analysis and reporting. - Expertise in Consulting and Planning, Reporting & Analytics: Experience in delivering consulting solutions with specialized knowledge in Financial Planning and Analysis, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) technology. - Proficiency in Financial Systems and Tools: Strong familiarity with financial platforms such as EPM systems, data platforms, and ERP systems, alongside a deep understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics critical to FP&A. - Demonstrated expertise building financial models, driver based financial planning models, three-statement models with scenario/sensitivity analysis and cash-flow forecasting; proficient in Excel (advanced functions, Power Query), with exposure to Anaplan / Oracle / OneStream EPM and SQL for data integration. - Configuration experience with any EPM platform (e.g., Oracle EPM Cloud, Anaplan, OneStream, SAP BPC) is good to have. - Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for finance transformation initiatives, aligning them with broader business goals. - Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders and to lead cross-functional teams. - Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement improvements in FP&A processes. - Project Management: Proven track record in managing large-scale projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. - Adaptability: Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Finance Process Knowledge (Good to Have): Foundational understanding of R2R, P2P, and O2C and their integration points with planning and reporting; able to map high-level processes and data touchpoints. **Your journey at A&M** We recognize that our people are the driving force behind our success, which is why we prioritize an employee experience that fosters each person’s unique professional and personal development.
