Roles and Responsibility • Manage and oversee the development of high-quality educational content for various clients. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective learning solutions. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educators, authors, and subject matter experts. • Analyze data and metrics to inform content development decisions and optimize outcomes. • Lead and mentor a team of content developers to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education technology. Job Requirements • Proven experience in managing teams and leading projects in the KPO or education technology sector. • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. • Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes. • Experience with project management tools and technologies, such as Agile methodologies. • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
