Role & responsibilities • Review the credit policy and recommend enhancements based on portfolio risks. • Conduct deep analysis of portfolio data to identify stressed cohorts. • Monitor early warning signals. • Review policy implementation and underwriting checks across unsecured lending products. • Perform bureau-based analytics and competition benchmarking to understand industry trends. • Work closely with the Business, Policy, Analytics, and Collections teams to manage risk for unsecured lending. Preferred candidate profile MBA Finance Fresher with experience is Data Analysis proficient in Python & MYSQL Data Science Graduates
