**Role & responsibilities** - Review the credit policy and recommend enhancements based on portfolio risks. - Conduct deep analysis of portfolio data to identify stressed cohorts. - Monitor early warning signals. - Review policy implementation and underwriting checks across unsecured lending products. - Perform bureau-based analytics and competition benchmarking to understand industry trends. - Work closely with the Business, Policy, Analytics, and Collections teams to manage risk for unsecured lending. **Preferred candidate profile** MBA Finance Fresher with experience is Data Analysis proficient in Python & MYSQL Data Science Graduates
