**About the Company** Evalueserve is committed to supporting bankers in critical lending/credit processes across the end-to-end lending journey. **About the Role** Manager will join the Lending Services (Corporate and commercial banking) team at Evalueserve, supporting bankers in critical lending/credit processes. **Responsibilities** - Group Activities - Middle Office Cash Matching Assistance - FHAD processing / clearing - Coordinate with finance team for any requested backup relating to the above - Servicing Processing transactions in Loan IQ (with onshore approval) - Borrowings/Advances/Draws - Repricing/Rollover/Conversion - Principal Payment/Paydown/Scheduled Decrease - Interest Payment - Unused Fee Payment - Event Fee Pricing Change Transaction - Loan Change Transaction - SBLC Increase/Decrease - SBLC Fee Payment - Commitment Increase/Decrease - Global Payment Manual Share Adjustment - Cash Matching - Coordinate with 3rd party external agents for backup or additional details needed for processing - Swingline Payments - Prepare swingline draw template for upload in Gtreasury & ensuring accurate record keeping in LIQ - Provide multiple downstream reports to stakeholders - Provide cash reconciliation details to appropriate stakeholders - Investor Borrower Audits - Responding to lender audit inquiries and providing client audit form **Qualifications** - Bachelor's/Masters degree with a major in finance, economics, accounting from a reputed institute - 9 years’ experience in similar profile **Required Skills** - Experience on lending platforms or credit search platforms like Credit lens, nCino, Lexis/Nexis, Experian would be preferable - Strong Accounting and financial skills - Understanding and experience of commercial lending and loan servicing - Eye for details and ability to identify and solve issues effectively on time - Good MS Office Skills - Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills **Preferred Skills** - Good MS Office Skills - Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills **Pay range and compensation package** Shifts/Timings: Rotational Late Evening and Night Shifts (3:30PM IST to 12:30AM IST and 7:30PM IST to 4:30AM IST) **Equal Opportunity Statement** Evalueserve is committed to diversity and inclusivity.
