Job description

Roles and Responsibilities • Manage production operations, ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer requirements. • Oversee manpower handling, including planning, scheduling, and supervision of production activities. • Develop and implement effective production plans to optimize resource utilization and minimize waste. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product quality, process improvements, and supply chain management. Desired Candidate Profile • 15-20 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related field (B.Pharma + M.Pharma). • Strong understanding of Production Operations, Manufacturing Management, Production Planning & Control. • Proven track record in managing large-scale production facilities with multiple shifts.
