Role & responsibilities • Vendor and Internal Customer Management • Ensuring works are carried out as per drawings and BOQ • Ensuring works are completed on time and within budgets and agreed timeline • Reporting progress to management regularly and taking a lead / creating ROW for all stakeholders working at site • Conversant with IS standards and relevant codes • Proficiency in MS Projects/ AutoCAD • Conversant of Statutory compliances required as per law of land • Ensure Handing over of Completed sites to Operations/FM team with complete set of Handing over documents, As built Drawings, Warranty certificates, Final Bill copies of vendors, asset list etc as per SOP. • Building highly engaged teams to realize the end objective of Management • Raise Change Requests for additional scope /change in scope and maintain record of the same. • Ensure Vendor bills are certified on time; Extra items/NS items documented as per SOP To succeed in this role, you should have the following: • 9 - 14 Years of Experience • Experience in Projects management, MEP Execution, Construction management , fitouts
