Role & responsibilities 1.Production Planning & Scheduling • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing and packing schedules to ensure optimal production efficiency. • Develop and execute daily packing and manufacturing plans aligned with business requirements. 2.WIP & Materials Management • Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) by ensuring SFG (Semi-Finished Goods) connectivity. • Ensure timely availability of packing materials and required documentation prior to execution. 3.Cross-Functional Coordination • Coordinate closely with PPIC, Warehouse, MDC, and Packing teams to ensure uninterrupted production operations. • Facilitate smooth communication across departments to minimize bottlenecks. 4.Batch Planning & SKU Optimization • Handle batch allocation and determination based on production priorities. • Plan SKU bifurcation efficiently to reduce changeovers and improve productivity. 5.Packing Section Planning • Plan packing activities considering machine settings, product count, and product types (powder filling, sachet products, etc.). • Optimize operations by grouping similar settings and product types. 6.Process Order Management • Ensure availability and accuracy of process orders for both manufacturing and packing activities. 7.Quality & Compliance Monitoring • Drive reduction in QMS-related incidents in packing, including hold time exceeded, process order delays, and batch returns. • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and compliance requirements. 8.Performance Tracking • Track and monitor C vs A (Commitment vs Achievement) scores. • Ensure timely delivery of critical and MTO (Make-to-Order) molecules. 9.Output & Productivity Monitoring • Monitor daily output of manufacturing and packing operations against targets. • Prepare and share performance reports with stakeholders. 10.Delay Analysis & Continuous Improvement • Track delays in manufacturing and packing processes. • Identify root causes and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
