An orchestra of product managers, technical development teams, designers, researchers and revenue managers ensure that we stand out as leaders in the industry. **About The Role** The role involves driving international category growth for Ground Transport by translating market opportunity into live supply across selected markets, corridors and use cases. The incumbent will lead market scoping, supply discovery, sourcing, commercial closure and go-live execution, working closely with product, tech, operations, finance and category stakeholders. This is a techno-functional role requiring strong analytical thinking, commercial judgment and structured program management to launch and scale supply-led business outcomes. What will you be doing - Own and drive category growth for International Ground Transport through market selection, supply build-out and launch execution across priority countries and corridors. - Identify and evaluate international market opportunities, supply gaps, and relevant partner categories through market research, industry mapping, outreach, and referrals to build a strong launch pipeline. - Scope and assess potential supply partners across relevant mobility segments such as airport transfers, day trips and sightseeing, rail distribution, buses, and intercity mobility platforms. - Lead sourcing conversations with external supply companies, assess business fit, operating capabilityand scalability, and build a qualified pipeline for launch. - Drive end-to-end contracting, contract closure and commission negotiation with partners, ensuring commerciallyviableand scalable supply constructs. - Collaborate closely with Product, Contracting, Operations, Finance, Revenue, and category stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of partner onboarding and market go-live. - Project-manage category launches with Product and Tech stakeholders,aligning onintegration requirements, booking flow readiness, content setupand go-live milestones. - Liaise closely with Product teams to resolve onboarding blockers and enable successful launch readiness and operational handoff. - Track launch readiness and post-launch performance across supply coverage, availability, pricing competitiveness, fulfillment quality and customer experience. - Partner with category teams to unlock cross-sell opportunities across international cabs,railand buses, and build a more integrated travel proposition. - Act as the central POC across business, operations, finance and leadership teams for launch reviews, partner escalations, execution tracking and category priorities. Qualification & Experience - MBA from a reputed institute with 7-10 years of experience in category, supply, business development, marketplace or growth roles in travel, OTA, mobility, platform, e-commerce or consumer tech businesses. - Strong experience in international market research, supply discovery, partner sourcing and commercial evaluation. - Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract closure, commission negotiation and supply-side problem solving. - Strong proficiencyin MS Excel and PowerPoint. - Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python preferred. - Experience in program-managing cross-functional launches involving product, tech, operations and business stakeholders will be preferred. - Prior exposure to international travel, ground mobility, aggregation platforms or multi-supply market place ecosystems will be a plus.
