The role owns the day-to-day effectiveness of the platform environment — ensuring programmes move smoothly from approved scope through production, publishing, scheduling, and reporting, with strong governance, quality and consistency throughout. Acting as the Named Site Administrator (NSA) for WPP Media, the Manager translates enterprise platform standards into practical, scalable ways of working for the team and the wider organisation. Key Responsibilities Learning Technology Operations Own the day-to-day management of the learning technology stack, including LMS (Totara), LXP and AI-enabled tools, ensuring reliable performance, strong integration quality, and a consistent learner experience. Translate strategic direction into practical operating standards, and work with IT and partners to maintain governance, data privacy and platform integrity. Act as the first point of escalation for operational risk and make judgement calls on complex or sensitive platform issues. As NSA, hold accountability for learning platform governance, publishing standards, and admin oversight across WPP Media. Master Learning Calendar and Scheduling Own the master learning calendar and coordinate scheduling across global, central and market-led programmes. Ensure timing, sequencing and operational capacity are aligned, and that scheduling decisions support both delivery quality and team throughput. Maintain visibility of operational priorities and dependencies across the portfolio. Programme Inventory and Pipeline Management Own the live programme inventory and production pipeline, ensuring it remains accurate, current and visible to leadership. Drive progress across localisation, publishing and deployment workflows; surface blockers early; and maintain disciplined tracking across work in flight. Translate the programme pipeline into a clear operational planning view for leadership decision-making. Quality Assurance and Publishing Standards Set and maintain the operational standards that govern how learning content is quality-checked, published, reviewed and maintained over time. Define the QA framework, publishing protocols, audit requirements and review cadence needed to keep content accurate, accessible and compliant.
