### **Job Description:** ### Job Over view : Manthan is opening its doors to the next generation of scientific leaders. We are seeking ambitious MSc Chemistry graduates for our intensive **60-Day Industry Readiness Program** in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Research Development (RD). This program is specifically designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and pharmaceutical excellence After completion of Manthan,candidates will placed in any of our manufacturing units, including subsidiaries. ### **Department Responsibilities** #### **Quality Control (QC)** - Perform analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. - Operate analytical instruments such as **HPLC, GC, UV-Spectrophotometer, and IR**. - Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks and ensure compliance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practices). - Conduct stability testing and wet chemistry analysis (Titration, pH, Viscosity). #### **Quality Assurance (QA)** - Assist in the preparation and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). - Support documentation control, including BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) and BPR (Batch Packing Record) reviews. - Participate in internal audits and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) tracking. #### **?Research Development (RD)** - Conduct literature surveys for new molecules and synthesis routes. - Perform laboratory-scale synthesis and process optimization. - Assist in the development of robust, scalable chemical processes. - Collaborate with the analytical team to characterize synthesized compounds. --- ### **Candidate Requirements** - **Education:** MSc in Organic, Analytical, In organic ,Integrated, Pharmaceutical and General Chemistry (Recent batch preferred). - **Experience :**?Freshers . - **Skills:** - Strong fundamental knowledge of chemical reactions and analytical techniques. - Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (ICH, GMP, GLP). - Excellent documentation and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
