Job description

Responsibilities • Managing Microsoft Autopilot, SCCM/MECM and Intune environment. • Developing and enhancing deployment strategies for Windows 11 using Autopilot. • Patch management of Windows devices using Intune. • Managing application installations and upgrades for Windows devices. • Managing application installations and upgrades for mobile devices. • Managing configuration of mobile and Windows devices using Microsoft Intune. • Creating and managing Intune device compliance policies. • Troubleshooting any issues related to application deployment, patching, policy compliance and security configurations. • Troubleshooting any issues related to Autopilot and Intune environment. • Periodic review of Intune configuration and policies to identify areas for improvement. • Explore and evaluate new Intune features to identify applicability in client environment. Knowledge Areas • Good understanding of Microsoft Autopilot and Intune is required. • Knowledge of Windows 11 deployment and upgrade strategies. • Understanding of Windows Update for Business, update rings and patch management via Intune. • Experience in configuration management using configuration profiles and other Intune features. • Understanding of compliance policies for Windows and mobile devices. • Knowledge and experience in managing security settings like Bitlocker, security baseline and other security features via Intune • Application deployment for Windows and mobiles devices via Intune. • Knowledge and understanding of app protection and configuration policies. • Reporting using Intune and Endpoint Analytics. • Experience with Windows and mobile device management using Intune. • Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID. • Understanding of conditional access policies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills. • Scripting tool knowledge ( PowerShell or any scripting tool )
