Job description

**Role & responsibilities** 1. Perform maintenance on CNC machines, particularly Horizontal Machining Centres (HMCs) with Siemens Controller. 2. Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical systems including Ball screws, spindles, bearings, guideways, pumps. 3. Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Adherence. 4. Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and manuals 5. Experience in Engine cylinder block and head manufacturing companies ( Eicher, Volvo Eicher, Ford, Tafe, Daimler , Tata etc) 6. Worked on machines like MAG HMC, Nagel Honning, Washing machines, SPM, Leak test and Fanuc Robots. **Preferred Skills** - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. - Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills. - Experience in manufacturing/automotive environment preferred.
