Job description
• Execute the production plan in shifts • Plan the resources in Shift to attain the efficiency • Responsible to reduce the down time in shift and increase the OEE of plant • Responsible to analyze the downtime for future mitigation • Adhere to the Quality and EHS guidelines in shifts • Review and improve of shift operator skill • Responsible as Site Head out of G-shift hours • Responsible for the booking of SAP data in shift.
