Job description

- Execute the production plan in shifts - Plan the resources in Shift to attain the efficiency - Responsible to reduce the down time in shift and increase the OEE of plant - Responsible to analyze the downtime for future mitigation - Adhere to the Quality and EHS guidelines in shifts - Review and improve of shift operator skill - Responsible as Site Head out of G-shift hours - Responsible for the booking of SAP data in shift.
