Job Summary As a Sr. Product Specialist in our organization you will leverage your expertise in Mendix to drive innovation and efficiency in our product offerings. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site ensuring a balanced work-life experience. Responsibilities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions using Mendix. • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for product development. • Develop and maintain Mendix applications to enhance product functionality and user experience. • Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and debugging processes. • Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders to resolve complex issues. • Monitor and evaluate the performance of applications to identify areas for improvement and optimization. • Document technical processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity. • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into product enhancements. • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Mendix and Life and Annuities Insurance. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all product development activities. • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. • Drive the adoption of best practices in application development and deployment. Qualifications • Possess a strong background in Mendix with a minimum of 6 years of experience in application development. • Demonstrate expertise in Life and Annuities Insurance enhancing domain-specific product solutions. • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Show proficiency in agile methodologies and experience in hybrid work models. • Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Certifications Required Mendix Advanced Developer Certification
