Job description

MES Support Engineer / MES Consultant Responsibilities & Skills: • Provide L2/L3 support for MES applications in a 24x7 support environment. • Troubleshoot MES, ERP, and PLC integration issues. • Support and maintain GE Cimplicity, GE Proficy, SQL, and .NET applications. • Create complex SQL queries, documentation, and process improvements. • Work with business users, vendors, and technical teams to resolve issues within SLA/KPI targets. • Support commissioning activities and follow SIAM/service management guidelines. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer-facing skills. • Flexible to work in shifts and support critical production environments. Mandatory Skills: MES, GE Cimplicity, GE Proficy, SQL, .NET, ERP Integration, PLC Integration, Production Support.
