Job description
• Scrum Master experience (Automotive preferred). • Expertise in Agile/Scrum, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews & Retrospectives. • Experience in Scrum of Scrums, roadmap, QBR, capacity planning, sprint forecasting & velocity tracking. • Strong SDLC and project management knowledge. • Hands-on with JIRA and Confluence. • Excellent stakeholder, communication, and team management skills. • Experience working with Product Owners, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams.
