Job description

Detailed JD Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and integrations with third-party systems. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable CRM solutions and maintain platform health. Must Know Skill Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder), REST/SOAP API integrations, Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I or higher), and Agentforce fundamentals including AI agent configuration and prompt templates. Experience with Agentforce customization (custom actions, agent topics, Atlas reasoning engine) Good To Know Skill Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Einstein AI features, DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset), Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and integration middleware like MuleSoft.
