Job description

**Detailed JD** Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and integrations with third-party systems. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable CRM solutions and maintain platform health. **Must Know Skill** Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder), REST/SOAP API integrations, Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I or higher), and Agentforce fundamentals including AI agent configuration and prompt templates.
