nCino Lending Consultant **Location:** SMILES 2, Bengaluru **Years of Experience:** 5-11 Years **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced nCino Lending Consultant with 5-11 years of banking and lending transformation experience. The ideal candidate is an energetic problem solver who can translate business needs into scalable lending solutions while driving innovation and operational excellence. **Responsibilities** - Implement, configure, and optimize nCino Lending solutions. - Work with business stakeholders to understand lending processes and recommend best practices. - Support the end-to-end lending lifecycle including origination, underwriting, approval, documentation, and servicing. - Configure workflows, business rules, and process automation within the nCino platform. - Coordinate integrations with core banking systems, document management, credit bureaus, and third-party services. - Participate in workshops, requirement gathering, testing, deployment, and post-production support. - Identify opportunities to improve lending efficiency through automation, AI, and digital capabilities. - Mentor junior team members and contribute to solution design discussions. **Mandatory Skills** - 5-11 years of experience in banking technology or lending platforms. - Hands-on implementation experience with nCino (preferred) or Salesforce-based banking solutions. - Strong understanding of commercial and/or retail lending processes. - Experience in workflow automation, integrations, APIs, and the Salesforce ecosystem. - Familiarity with Agile delivery and DevOps practices. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. **Preferred Skills** - Go-getter with a strong execution mindset. - Ability to think creatively and solve complex business challenges. - Customer-focused and business outcome-oriented. - Comfortable working across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. - Passionate about digital transformation and emerging technologies, including AI-driven lending capabilities. **Qualifications:** A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
