**Title:** MS Dynamics 365 Business Central **Experience**: 6 to 8 yrs **Location:** Across Happiest Minds locations **Notice:** Immediate to 2 weeks **Key Responsibilities** - Monitor, prioritize, and resolve application incidents and service requests. - Gather requirements, design, develop, test, and implement business solutions. - Perform change impact analysis, application enhancements, upgrades, and system maintenance. - Track and report ticket status, projects, and system performance to stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with security, audit, backup, and disaster recovery standards. - Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors for development and support. - Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority production issues. - Document best practices and drive process improvements and automation. **Required Skills** - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV. - Strong knowledge of application support, customization, and integrations. - Hands-on experience with databases and solution design. - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. **Preferred Skills** - Experience with Quantios Core Platform. - C/AL or AL development. - Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps). - Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Copilot. - Exposure to AI-based solutions. **Personal Attributes** - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities. - Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail oriented. - Team player with a proactive, "can-do" attitude. - Willingness to travel when required.
