Title: MS Dynamics 365 Business Central Experience: 6 to 8 yrs Location: Across Happiest Minds locations Notice: Immediate to 2 weeks Key Responsibilities • Monitor, prioritize, and resolve application incidents and service requests. • Gather requirements, design, develop, test, and implement business solutions. • Perform change impact analysis, application enhancements, upgrades, and system maintenance. • Track and report ticket status, projects, and system performance to stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with security, audit, backup, and disaster recovery standards. • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors for development and support. • Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority production issues. • Document best practices and drive process improvements and automation. Required Skills • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV. • Strong knowledge of application support, customization, and integrations. • Hands-on experience with databases and solution design. • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred Skills • Experience with Quantios Core Platform. • C/AL or AL development. • Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps). • Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Copilot. • Exposure to AI-based solutions.
