**Position Overview** **Title:** Intermediate Developer – Microsoft Dynamics CRM **Location:** Bengaluru, India (BNP Paribas India Solutions) **Job Responsibilities** 1. **Design, develop, and maintain** Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions that support Real Estate business processes (e.g., asset management, leasing, client relationship tracking). 2. **Enhance existing customizations** – implement plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and Power Platform components to meet evolving functional requirements. 3. **Collaborate with business analysts and product owners** to translate functional specifications into technical design documents and scalable code. 4. **Perform unit testing, code reviews and defect resolution** ensuring high‑quality deliverables aligned with BNP Paribas coding standards. 5. **Support integration** with back‑office systems (e.g., ERP, document‑management, data‑warehousing) via web services, Azure Functions or Power Automate. 6. **Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies** (stand‑ups, retrospectives, demos) within the ITG Real Estate delivery team. 7. **Provide mentorship** to junior developers and assist the designated direct report in day‑to‑day technical tasks. 8. **Maintain technical documentation** (solution architecture, configuration guides, run‑books) for knowledge transfer and compliance. 9. **Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives** – performance tuning, automated testing, CI/CD pipeline enhancements. 10. **Ensure compliance** with security, data‑privacy and regulatory requirements applicable to banking software. **Required Education, Skills and Experience** **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field. **Core Technical Skills** - 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience with **Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM** (customisations, plugins, workflows, JavaScript). - Proficiency in **C#/.NET** , Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps), and REST/SOAP APIs. - SQL Server (T‑SQL) for data extraction and reporting. - Understanding of **Power Platform** (Power Automate, Power Apps) is essential. **Development Practices** Agile/Scrum methodology, version‑control (Git/TFVC), CI/CD concepts (Azure DevOps). **Analytical Skills** Ability to interpret business requirements and design technical solutions that align with banking standards. **Communication** Strong written and verbal English; capable of interacting with global stakeholders. **Additional Technologies** Experience with **Entity Framework** , **Kubernetes/Containers** , **Micro‑services** , or **Event‑driven architecture** . **Testing & Automation** Familiarity with Selenium, Postman/Newman, or unit‑test frameworks (MSTest, NUnit). **Soft Skills** Proven mentorship capability, proactive problem‑solving attitude, and comfort working in a multicultural, multi‑time‑zone environment.
