Job description

Total years of exp: 5+ years Job location: Bangaluru Shift Timing: Primarily India and UK shifts, with the possibility of night shifts if necessary Mandatory Skills: Strong hands-on experience in MS SQL Server & PostgreSQL DBA activities including high availability solutions (Replication, Failover, Clustering) • Good experience in MS SQL & PostgreSQL Installation, patching/upgrade and handling very large databases. • Strong knowledge in installing/managing SQL failover clustering, configuring log shipping and mirroring. • Comfortable in setting up and managing all the backup and recovery strategies. • Good experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting. • Good experience in replication set up • Strong knowledge on ITIL practices and ITSM tools.
