Role Summary **Codex and Claude................... are Mandate** We are seeking experienced Full Stack Engineers with strong AI Native engineering capabilities to build scalable, cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Java/Python, AWS, and AI-driven development practices, working in fast-paced, pod-based delivery models. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy full stack applications using Java/Python Build and integrate AI-native solutions leveraging LLMs, agentic workflows, and AI-assisted coding tools Develop scalable backend services and APIs on AWS cloud Collaborate within AI-native pods to deliver high-quality, sprint-based outcomes Ensure code quality, performance, and best engineering practices Contribute to cloud-native architecture and microservices design Required Skills Strong hands-on experience in Java and/or Python Experience building full stack applications (frontend + backend) Deep understanding of AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, S3, etc.) Exposure to AI Native engineering: GitHub Copilot / AI-assisted development LLM-based solutions / AI integrations Automation-driven development workflows Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architecture Strong problem-solving and Agile delivery experience Preferred Skills Experience with agentic frameworks / LangChain / similar AI orchestration tools [AI Roles - Lily | Word] Knowledge of CI/CD, containers (Docker/Kubernetes) [AI Roles - Lily | Word] Exposure to vector databases or AI data pipelines [AI Roles - Lily | Word] Nice to Have Prior experience working in AI-native pods or accelerator-driven teams [AI\\_Native\\_...Whitepaper | Word] AWS certifications
