NRI- Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities We are seeking an experienced and dynamic NRI Banking Acquisition Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients, providing them with tailored banking solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer service. • Actively prospect and acquire new NRI clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and outreach efforts. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with NRI clients, understanding their financial needs, goals, and preferences. • Provide personalized banking and investment advice to NRI clients, recommending appropriate products and services to meet their objectives. • Act as a primary point of contact for NRI clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutions to NRI clients, including wealth management, and banking services. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments affecting NRI banking, and incorporate this knowledge into client interactions and business strategies. • Achieve individual and team targets for NRI client acquisition, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction.
